The Challenge

A UAE-based financial services company needed to launch a modern money transfer and payment application to compete in the rapidly evolving fintech market. They required a mobile-first solution with robust backend services capable of handling millions of transactions while meeting Central Bank of UAE regulatory requirements. The platform needed enterprise-grade disaster recovery with data residency compliance and seamless failover capabilities between cloud providers.

Our Solution

We architected and delivered a complete fintech ecosystem featuring a Flutter-based cross-platform mobile application, Java microservices backend deployed on AWS EKS in UAE region as the primary environment, and Azure AKS as the disaster recovery site. The admin application built with Angular provides comprehensive operational control. The entire stack follows cloud-native principles with active-passive database replication ensuring RPO near zero and RTO under 15 minutes.
